Kim Kardashian’s booty-plants?

Ok, so this is not a breaking story or rumor I should say. It is actually around 2 years old, but I only just in the past 6 months had taken an interest into the Kardashian world.  Recently I was on vacation with some friends in Florida and the subject of Kim Kardashian and her butt came up. This turned into a fast, but (no pun intended) light argument about whether or not Kim has had butt implants. I believe 100% that its completely ridiculous and that its an obvious rumor spread from the lips of someone who hasdecided to be jealous of her butt. I don’t doubt that Hollywood stars have quite possibly used a plastic surgeon to do things we didn’t know they could even do. Searching the Internet for the answer was pretty pointless, as for 1 who said she didn’t, there was another who said she did. I did find quite a few actual interviews with Kim where the question had actually come up.  Like this one back on March 11, 2008 from and interview with Kim and TV Guide after an appearance on TRL:

TV Guide: Are you surprised by how much attention your butt gets?
Kardashian: Seriously, it’s insane! Have people not seen Armenian women before? And then the rumors that it’s fake? Who gets butt implants?! Just [recently] in a magazine, they said that I had my nose, lips, cheeks and boobs done. Watch me take my bra off and you’ll know I haven’t had my boobs done! [Laughs] – Source

Now, I’m sure if you one of the believers that she had the implants then you will say she is lying and yadda yadda yadda. Seriously though hasn’t anyone thought about the size of the other sisters? They all have a butt, I mean have you seen Klhoe? Her butt has some serious size to it, but yet no one questions her. Well I think all in all we all know its just a butt and its real. Kim I made a $1 bet about your butt being real (I know it is) and I would like you to prove it. So, go get some  doctor’s professional opinion and make that thing a money maker for me! – Greg

Kenny Chesney: Summer in 3D Trailer

Coming to theaters this April is Kenny Chesney’s “Summer in 3D” . This movie will be shown in 3D about his tour and everything that goes with it. I’m not sure about how much the 3D will add to it, but I sure am looking forward to the movie! Here is a sneak peak.. – Greg

Tigerade – Creator gets charged with Felony!

Bottle bootlegger, Jason Kay found himself with a felony charge and 2 misdemeanors after creating his own version of a Gatorade label. His label pictured to the left included a picture of Tiger Woods and read “unfaithful”. I think it’s hilarious and Tiger deserves the joke, however Gatorade doesn’t seem to agree. If convicted he could face up to 5 years in a federal prison. The charges “of introducing adulterated or misbranded food into interstate commerce, mutilating or destructing a food label, and tainting a consumer product with the intention of causing serious injury to a business” seem a little over the top. I don’t think that Jason is going to single handed bring down Gatorade. -Greg

Fight back against movie theater talkers!

Going through my normal bunch of emails from different tech sites I subscribe too, I came across this interesting article at GIZMODO. Basically its a set of unofficial guidelines that I think everyone should have to read and sign before being allowed to enter a movie theater. What do you think about them? -Greg

Article from GIZMODO

Most of us already know that it’s NOT socially acceptable to talk during a movie. But to those of us who weren’t born in a barn, these rude movie-goers are still a constant burden. It’s time to fight back, dirty. With Avatar in theaters, the stakes are simply too high to risk losing a film to some pudgy fat boy film school drop out who is convinced his personal commentary is just as important as the countless hours of work that have gone into the filmmaking process.

The following are a list of rules and responses that I feel, as a society, we need to deem socially acceptable to assimilate into our communal fabric.

6-Inch Voices, Or Group Humiliation
I know I’m coming off rude already. The occasional quiet comment to the person beside you, that’s totally fine by me. But If I can hear you from over two seats away, chances are, you need to shut the fuck up (throughout life, possibly, but definitely in the theater). If a person makes loud comments that a single “shhh” doesn’t thwart, everyone around them should stand, point and loudly ask them to leave (with liberal use of expletives). It’ll be a painful, distracting experience, but chances are, it won’t be needed again.

Really, It’s OK To Tell People to Shut Up
I know I just made this point, but I want to make it abundantly clear: telling talkers to shut up is OK. You are doing all of the shy, weak and first daters who want to enjoy a movie but not lose out on a potential post-film grope a huge favor. Let’s just make an oath, right now, to support one another against the talkers, be they intimidatingly muscley or not. Let’s acknowledge a silent brotherhood, poised to attack at the slightest breach of conduct.

8 Grammy Nominations for Taylor Swift.

So the never ending Taylor Swift fad is wrapping the year up with 8, yeah 8 Grammy Nominations. Some of the larger being Record and Song of the Year. It would seem that Taylor is really pounding the music industry and has more than just taken it by storm. Its no secret that I’m a huge anti-Taylor fan, but it looks that there’s a lot more real fans out there than anti-fans. Kenny Chesney has also grabbed a Grammy Nomination this year for his “Down the Road” with Mac McAnally, for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals. Taylor Swift maybe having a great year, but she still ain’t no Kenny Chesney. – Greg

Taylor Swift is going to make Greeting Cards.

Well it looks like Taylor is taking her ability to write to a different level. Taylor Swift and American Greetings are getting together to create a line of greeting cards, stationery, online greeting cards and more. Now, I know there is a joke in here somewhere, just give me a minute. Taylor says “My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel better than I could. I feel the same way about greeting cards,” there it is, my idea of a great Taylor Swift song is one that she doesn’t sing, enter the greeting card, lol. She goes on to say “I’ve always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other. Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience.” Good for Taylor I like the idea of her using her talents for writing rather than performing. -Greg
